Before her current role, she held key positions at Heinemann Raintree, where she worked as Managing Editor, Publisher, and Senior Publisher between 1996 and 2004. Her leadership extended to Berlitz Publishing, where she served as Managing Editor for Travel Guides. This diverse publishing background, combined with her passion for education, has enabled Nicole to bring a unique perspective to ELT materials, ensuring they are both pedagogically sound and engaging for young readers.
